Fitting Night- Optional Purchases

We have scheduled fitting night for Monday May 11 in the Heights cafeteria! This is for EVERYONE, returning and new kiddos. We will start with 5th grade and 6th grade (the current 4th and 5th graders) at 6pm. The 7th grade team should arrive around 6:30pm. The 8th grade team should arrive around 7pm. The kids will try on a lot of different things like shoes, uniforms, pants, etc. It's easiest if the kids are dressed in light clothes like shorts, leggings, tshirts, socks, etc. Then they will check out with a board member to make sure everything looks good and can leave after they are done! Last year I'd say kids were in and out in about 10-15 minutes.
If you already have a uniform and it fits, please wear the uniform to fitting night so we can check it. If the uniform fits and is checked by a coach/Varsity rep, you'll receive a refund for the uniform shell and/or skirt only. I am not going to check the spanks, midriff, shoes, and pants for a refund. Everyone will get a new pair of those 4 items regardless.
There will be some optional items for purchase. Everything needed for the season is included in the registration cost. These items are not required and you do not have to purchase them but if you'd like to buy one, see details below. You can pay via cash or cashapp. The cashapp QR code will be available at fitting but the item pictures/prices are below.
Order at Fitting Night, due by end of May so I can place order altogether:
Pirates Rain Jacket- $40, clear rain jacket with PIRATES in glitter white on the back
These items are also optional but you can order/pay these yourself. The rain jackets I have to order with our uniforms. These will be available to buy at any point, if you'd like. The bookbag and jacket will be available through a Varsity website which I will send out in May. Again, they are NOT required!!
Poms- $13 each, they are sold individually so ORDER 2 metallic green/silver, we do have a program bag of poms the kids can borrow for games if they don't want their own
Pirates Book Bag- $92, black book bag with name embroidered, great for holding all cheer stuff but any bag will work
Zip up Jacket- $103, it matches our uniform design and everyone will get sized for a jacket regardless of purchase
